COVID-19 Plans

As stated in our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Mission Statement, Tempest Hill Gatherings, LLC plans to remain aware of and cautious about public health issues to support the entire community.

Final decisions about testing or other public health measures will be decided closer to the event. With us just entering a new season (in August 2023) and the Eris and other variants, it is too soon to make final decisions. Proof of COVID vaccination (one base set plus at least one booster) is required. There will be a masks only hour at the Dungeon to support those who wish to wear them. Self testing day of may be required based on how COVID acts; we will provide adequate advanced notice to attendees of any testing requirements. THG relies on information from the NIH, the CDC, the WHO, waste water and other relevant data, other local events, licensed health professionals, and DEIA focused organizations to make decisions. If you have a medical inability to get the vaccine, please bring the results of a PCR test taken within 3 days of the start of the event OR a rapid test you can take day of at the door.

We recommend having your vax card info on your phone so you don't have to worry about forgetting it!
